Welcome to Year 4!

Look what we've been doing in the Spring Term!

Our projects have been -

  • How have we benefitted from the Anglo-Saxon legacy?
  • How does a wave carry sound?
  • Were the Vikings heinous people?

We have had so much fun exploring so many subjects!

Take a look at all the Art we've managed to cram in - Anglo-Saxon artefacts, paper sculptures and clay dragon eyes !

In Music we had a great time planning and creating soundscapes for our class text - The Rhythm of The Rain.

In PE we are really enjoying some good old-fashioned Country Dance!

Coming up this Summer...

This Summer we can't wait to head off to Juniper Hall for our overnight trip as part of our Eco project - How can we help a community with no electricity? We will also be learning about - How are we different from other animals?

We also look forward to Swimming in Summer 1 and Sports Day before May half term!

The children are working so hard on their Times Tables and their practice will pay off in June when they complete their National Multiplication Tables Check.

What an exciting term we have ahead!
